11 Make waistband and insert labels.

12 Clean skirt.
a. All ends of stitching shall be
trimmed and the loose threads removed
from the skirt.
b. Any spots, stains and shade
tickets or markings shall be removed
without injury to the material.
13 Press skirt.
a. The entire skirt shall be pressed
smooth with a heated pressing iron or
pressing machine. Press marks and
gloss shall be removed.
14 Prepare for packing.

Examine skirt.
b. An envelope containing the tape
for the skirt hem shall be attached
to the skirt.
