Replacement of damaged parts.
a. Replace at time of cutting any
part of the skirt containing holes or
seriously weakening defects such as
smashes, multiple floats, loose
weakening slubs, etc., expected to
develop into holes, shade bars and
dye streaks or unsightly slubs, etc.
b. Replace any part damaged during
the manufacturing process, by needle
chews which may develop into a hole,
scissor or knife cuts, tear, holes,
mends or burns in the material.
