Make cuffs and eyelet opening.
Finished appearance. The cuffs shall
be uniform in appearance, shall
finish smooth and flat, without
twists, gathers, pleats, puckers or
other distortions. The cuffs shall
finish 5 inches high at the point on
top sleeve and 3 inches high at the
backarm, including piping. The
piping shall extend uniformly 1/8
inch beyond the seamed edges of the
sleeve cuff.
a. The cuffs shall be made of one
ply of material specified in 3.3.2
piped with material specified in
3.3.4.
b. Position one ply of the cuff
