to the stitching line of the collar.
The collar lining shall extend not
less than 2-1/2 inches beyond the

beyond the right end of the collar
for the extension tab.
f. Turn collar lining at the seam to
the inside of collar and press smooth
and flat with a heated pressing iron
or pressing machine.

Finished appearance. The collar
extension tab shall extend 3/4 to 1
inch beyond the folded edge of the
right end of the collar.
