13 Assemble sleeve and sleeve lining.

lining seams shall be aligned with
the corresponding seams in the sleeve
and seamed to sleeve without twists,
gathers, puckers, or pleats.

on the under sleeve back-to-back with
the upper edge of lining extending
3/4 to 1 inch beyond the armhole edge
of sleeve.
