11 Join cuffs to sleeves.
Finished appearance. The cuff shall
be uniformly stitched to the sleeve
without twists, gathers, puckers or
raw edges. In the finished coat
(after pressing), the point of the
cuff shall be centered between the
lower forearm edge and the backarm
seam of sleeve.
a. Mark the sleeves in accordance
with the sleeve cuff marker for
positioning of the cuffs, with notch
on the cuff marker, matching the
forearm seam line and bottom edge of
marker in line with the bottom raw
edge of sleeve.
b. Position the piped edge of cuff
